Ask The Right Questions
Two questions are implied in this story:
- How do I justify myself in God’s eyes?
- Who is my neighbor?
We must ask the right questions if we want the right answers. The question Jesus imposes is, will I be a good neighbor to everyone I meet? One of the early steps in doing this is asking the right question. It is not, “Who is my neighbor” but it is, “Who am I going to be?”
